So the story goes here... Dramatic Flair was traveling with  Doctor Whooves, and since he was and is a big fan... He wanted to recreate the biggest dramatic moment he considered a tearjerker. All you have to do is look at the words he's saying and you'll know. The next part however... A unicorn traveling with the Doctor applies the Regeneration special effects... just for show!
